Founder & Creative DirectorMax is an award-winning Creative Director and Director who founded Leão in 2010 with one simple goal: to deliver big agency quality at a fraction of the price and speed. In 2018, he won the Webby Award for Best Viral Video and the Gold Telly for Use of Humor in Online Commercials. When he’s not working on the next viral video, Max can be found working on his passion projects, drinking cold brew, or eating breakfast tacos in Highland Park.

ProducerAn Oakland native and graduate of UC Davis, Antonio’s career started in the Bay Area where he produced music videos and branded content for a variety of artists, corporate clients, and even the Obama campaign. Since moving to LA, he has produced music videos for artists like Snoop Dogg, Bon Jovi, Travis Scott, and Meghan Trainor and commercials for Facebook, Microsoft, and more.
Andrew
ComposerAndrew is a composer with a degree in music composition from Yale University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006; he also spent a semester eating crepes and studying music theory at the Sorbonne in Paris. Since then, he’s written music for six films, countless ads, and nearly sixty TV shows, including Glee, American Horror Story, The Blacklist, Major Crimes, Royal Pains, and more. In fact, he’s been so busy writing music that he’s now forgotten the majority of his French.
